Who We Are
The Summer School in Roman Pottery was founded in 2019 by a team of international scholars. The 2024 session will be directed by Professor Archer Martin and co-directed by Dr. Mary Jane Cuyler.
Professor Archer Martin has worked as an archaeologist and Roman pottery specialist for more than four decades at many sites in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Egypt. Read Archer’s more detailed biography here.
